Benefits: strengthens and improves lung capacity, opens bronchial tubes, clears mucus, improves shoulder flexibility, diaphramatic breathing, increases oxygen to 1/3 of lungs commonly underutilized, increases metabolism. (Approach gently – see dvd) Can make lungs sensitive during first 1-2 weeks. Don’t overdo as it can cause dizziness from increase of oxygen to the brain. Don’t leave mat.
