But tripods need three legs to stand. If even one leg is missing a tripod falls. And when any of those three legs above are missing, it almost certainly guarantees health disaster with a person ending up sick and enfeebled.

Interest in all this started with me as a young boy sixty-five years ago (I am now seventy-five) when I ordered a Charles Atlas exercise course out of one of my comic books to see if I could put some weight on my skinny frame. The next step came in the discovery that an electric blender made healthful drinks for my regimen. My interest in the health path occurred before anyone ever heard the phrase, “Health Food Store.” I have over twenty thousand pages in my library of books on the subject and that has acquainted me with just about every modality that has come along. Some is good. Much is worthless. After researching nearly every pathway in this field I am confident in what to practice, and why I believe what I practice.

It all has made me realize how the important things of life are things you are never taught in school. You learn a million useless facts that don’t help you to function properly, and essential things (one being the details within that tripod above) are totally neglected, or outright ignored.

Now the BIG emphasis these days is on diet, and to a lesser extent environment; however, the third leg of the tripod (exercise movement) is as vitally essential as the first two if one is to be healthy. So, when I came across Al Carter’s book, The Miracles of Rebound Exercise in 1982 I discovered the great health benefits of rebounding where each jump acts to not only stress and build muscles, but also, more importantly, to squeeze the lymph system clean.

What a deal! It enabled me to exercise every cell of my body quickly, easily and with low impact.

Back then, I found a Rebounder that was manufactured in Texas; it was rectangular, not round. In addition to the springs attaching the mat to frame, it had springs in telescoping legs to act as shock absorbers for additional cushioning. That is how I started rebounding, and I sold them to a number of my friends.

The trick, however, is to stay away from inexpensive, or cheap Rebounders; springs break, elongated holes in frames develop from the friction of bouncing; and frames and legs are wobbly. Additionally, because the springs in cheap Rebounders are not manufactured correctly, the bounce will be too stiff and will, of a certainty, develop in the user joint problems.

Well, during all those years I did a lot of research on which Rebounder incorporated the most positive qualities and by the early turn of the century I found Dave Hall’s Cellerciser. His Rebounder is the best. His information is the best. That is my opinion, but it is opinion based on evidence and nearly thirty-five years of experience. I have acquired numerous Cellerciser Rebounders for people I know because I know the quality that goes into Dave Hall’s product. The Rebounder market has seen some new “kids on the block” over the past few years, but I wouldn’t own anything, but a Cellerciser because no one has improved on the Cellerciser.

I am not affiliated with Cellerciser in any way, but that is my testimony-and here is another thirty-five-year-back testimony that is in lock step with mine: “Never in my 35 years as a practicing physician have I found any exercise method, for any price, that will do more for the physical body than rebound exercise.” (Henry Savage, M.D.).

Oh my where to begin? I’ve had other cheap and expensive rebounders, and nothing comes remotely close to the feel and response of the Cellerciser. My feet do not pronate, and the bounce is much firmer than others without being jarring. Customer services is stellar! This is a company with passion and heart. If this is their life’s work, not a moment in this endeavor has been wasted. This is the best beauty & health product ever! If you could only spend your money on one thing, hands down it would be the Cellerciser! Better spend your money and time here than on lotions, creams or gizmos. Can you tell I’m sold?

I am pretty active, I walk/jog at least 3-4 times a week, and I play on a lady’s soccer league on Monday nights. I thought jumping on the Cellerciser would be a piece of cake and really bought it to get my lymph moving a little better. Well let me tell you, 3 minutes into the 10-minute workout and I was thinking to myself, has it been ten minutes yet! I feel like a get a great workout jumping on this little tramp. It has been a great purchase, and I have worked my way up to 20 min workouts. I sweat more on this than if I have been out jogging for 30 min. I would highly recommend the purchase of a Cellerciser and tell you to use it every day. I was skeptical at first, but I did my due diligence researching all of the rebounders on the market and finally decided to spend the money on the Cellerciser. So far, so good and I am glad I made the purchase. It does squeak when jumping but not enough to bother me. My kids love it too! I am sold and will continue to use this every day. I am keeping a visual record of my transformation so I can see if and how my body changes with it.

Wow! This piece of exercise equipment is fantastic! I cannot live without my rebounder! I have had it for years and every other rebounder I have had did nothing but pop springs constantly. (And they were expensive. Not cheap.) And I am only 120 pounds! The springs on this one last and last and last, and the bounce has almost no impact on the body. I can work out on this rebounder for well over two hours straight on a daily basis and feel wonderful! I live to exercise on this phenomenal piece of equipment! I not only exercise on it for my body, but also for my emotional health! If I am feeling worried or upset, I will get on my rebounder and start jumping. I will feel better within 10 minutes, or less! I am a real person. I was not paid to share this with you. I just thought you should have the opportunity to get a piece of equipment that will literally change your life if you use it regularly, (It really will help you lose weight, and in the areas that it is hardest to lose it in!) and will last and last and last! Every other piece of exercise equipment I have ever owned was literally used until it fell apart. And it was all expensive equipment. My advice to you: buy! And David is wonderful! I have talked with him personally on the phone myself. How many companies can you buy from and literally be able to personally speak with the owner himself about what you purchased? We just got this Cellerciser today. While I was reviewing your paper, a picture caught my eyes. It was you on the front cover of Natural Health & Fitness magazine featured Expo’98. I was one of the five medical doctors interviewed in that magazine – MD’s Go Natural. So, we met 12 years ago in the same magazine.

I practiced integrative holistic medicine in Toledo, Ohio for about 13 years and moved to Hawaii in 2004. I have been thinking about having a workout equipment for a while but did not have time to shop around. When I heard you talk about Cellerciser at Extreme Health workshop I know I will have fun with this equipment. I know you have been super busy since COVID and folks are looking for a method to boost immunity and to work out from home. The Cellerciser is what I recommend to my patients as it addresses both of these concerns. I have used the cellerciser for over 10 years. I purchased a second cellerciser approximately four years ago to have at our winter home in Florida. Previously I had worn out/broken about 20 cheap rebounders and had nearly given up on having this type of conditioning available. (My mother-in law had given us a rebounder approximately 20 years ago.) I saw the cellerciser on the internet and decided that I would spend the extra money in hopes that it would maybe last a year or so. It turns out, I would have spent several times that money if I had kept buying the brand X rebounders and I would not have had the consistency I have experienced with the cellerciser.

I highly recommend the cellerciser as I use it as part of my exercise/conditioning routine every day. The great part of it is its consistency. It functions today exactly as it did 10 years ago.

(If anyone is having problems with their cellerciser making noise, a quick spray of silicone lubricant at each end of the springs quiets it immediately.)

If one questions as to whether the method that David Hall suggests works, one just has to look to Charles Atlas. He built his incredible physique back in the early 50’s using his system called Dynamic Tension. I sent David an email showing some of the exercises Charles Atlas did with his arms and they are identical to what David is showing in the video above. It works. One doesn’t need weights … look up older pictures of Charles Atlas and you will see what I mean.

During my thirteen years as a practicing Chiropractic physician I have been keenly aware of the importance of proper biomechanics in the human arena of wellness and expression. Kinetic motion is absolutely imperative and necessary f6r true health in individuals. When the movement of joints and articulations become compromised through sedentary lifestyle, trauma, stress, poor nutrition, poor posture and the aging process itself then a host of physical problems ensue. On August 18, 2001 I’ll be a 70-year-old gymnast along with my 56-year-old wife, Miki. The cellerciser really helps to keep us youthful as we bounce regularly. Millennium Healthcare is recognized as one of the premier providers of healthcare in the Southeast United States.

One of the four cornerstones of holistic health is the ability to detoxify the body. Detoxification is the body’s natural process of climinating or neutralizing toxins via the liver, the kidneys, the urine; the feces, exhalation, and perspiration. We have the diagnostic tools required to determine each individual need for detoxification. These generally fall in the category of Bio-Terrain Analysis, Darkfield Microscopy, Electrodermal Screening, TMC Pulse, Hair Analysis and Intestinal Functioning. Over the past ten years, hundreds of studies have demonstrated the dangers to health from toxic bioaccumulation (a buildup in the body of foreign substances). Today people are exposed to chemicals in far greater concentrations then were generations. Over 69 million to Americans live in areas that routinely exceed smog standards. Drinking water must be tested for seven hundred chemicals. Over three thousand chemicals are added to our highly processed food supply. Everyday products such as gasoline, pain, household cleaners, cosmetics, pesticides and lawn fertilizers pose a serious threat because the body cannot easily break them down. People now carry within their bodies a modern-day chemical cocktail derived industrial chemicals, heavy metals, food additives and residues of both legal and illegal drugs. Fortunately, the body can handle a great deal of toxicity and still function at a high level. But there is no question our current levels of bioaccumulation have had the effect of lowering our threshold of resistance to disease and premature aging. Cancer, Arthritis and Heart Disease are no longer considered age related diseases.

The toxins tend to accumulate in a wide variety of locations and contribute to many serious illnesses. The major organs such as heart (bypass surgery), lung (emphyactna), liver (cirrhosis), kidney (stones), thyroid (hypothyroidism) and intestinal tract (Crohns) are prime targets. Aluminum toxicity in the brain has been related to Alzheimer’s. Fatty tissue such as the female mammary glands and the male prostate easily sequester toxic substances. Is it too surprising to find an explosion of breast and prostate cancer?

The major mechanism that brings on a disease state from the presence of the toxins is a cellular damage due to an excess of free radicals. The toxins are the catalysis to the generation of free radicals. Detoxifying the body stops the destruction brought on by free radicals. While many people are familiar with the concept of taking antioxidants like vitamin C and vitamin F to help control or neutralize free radicals, the better solution is to eliminate the source of the problem. A healthy body free of oxidative stress does not degrade into chronic disease. The first step toward longevity is to detoxify the body from environmental pollutants such as trace heavy metals (mercury, cadmium, aluminum, lead), accumulated long chain hydrocarbons (pesticides, insecticides, petroleum derivatives) and biologically active compounds like silicone. This process is a primary cornerstone of anti-aging medicine.

The second cornerstone is to insure proper intestinal and colon function. The digestive tract must be operating at a high level. The body can only utilize food that is properly digested, absorbed through the gut and excreted through the colon region. Many health problems such as allergies, yeast infection, fatigue, ulcers, migraines, obesity and constipation are signs of a poorly functioning digestive tract. The digestive tract is a complex organ in which many biological organisms reside. At any given time, the gut is the host to wide variety of bacteria, parasites, fungus and viruses. It is also home to a wide array of extremely important enzymes. This environment can get so out of balance as to actually be a source of toxins to the body. For example, chronic fatigue can be closely correlated to systemic yeast infections that can be traced back to a gut overrun with the wrong type of bacteria and a diet loaded with sugar and simple carbohydrates. Many elderlies complain of the lack of energy. The underlying problem is a poor digestive tract. Restore the digestive tract to proper balance and you have an energetic client that will be able to stay in the assisted living program for many years.

The key to understanding the value of the exercise program you have developed is to look at the effect the Cellercise regimen has on the lymphatic system. Lymph is a clear fluid containing lymphocytes (T-cells and B-cells of the immune system) which circulate through the channels of the lymphatic system carrying waste away from all parts of the body to the lymph nodes. The lymph nodes filter out the waste in the lymph, preventing it from entering the bloodstream, while at the same time allowing the lymphocytes to pass through. Jack Shields, M.D., a lymphologist from Santa Barbara, CA. conducted a study on the effects of breathing on the lymphatic system. Using cameras inside the body, he found that deep, diaphragmatic breathing stimulated the cleansing of the lymph system by creating a vacuum effect which sucked the lymph through the bloodstream. This increased the rate of toxic elimination by as much as fifteen times the normal pace.

Lymphatic circulation can be enhanced by lymphatic massage as well as osteopathic and chiropractic lymphatic drainage techniques. This is the application of an outside physical force on the lymph system. Any vigorous aerobic exercise also causes lymphatic flow to accelerate. This is accomplished by muscle contractions pushing lymph fluid through the system. The lymph system does not have a mechanical device like the heart to move the fluid. Lymph drainage requires assistance. This is where Cellercise is so efficient as a method to help detoxify the body. You can exercise hard enough to create deep diaphragmatic breathing without stressing the joints as in impact exercise, such as jogging, basketball and aerobic dancing. You get dynamic muscle tension die to the force created by the effects of acceleration and you get a physical compression of the cellular level. A systemic push that naturally helps eliminate toxins. The need to tackle toxic burdens before they manifest themselves as disease has never been greater. Last year I was attending a health conference in my favorite state in America, California.  I must say this conference was one of the better ones I have attended, as there was a host of sincere, professional, and extremely knowledgeable health practitioners sharing their wisdom.  Of all the individuals who were there one of them in particular stood out head and shoulders about them all, his name David Hall.

Now I had heard of rebounding in the past, and I have heard many health experts talk about the effects of rebounding, mini-trampolines, and so on but not one of them had a physique that impressed me.  Basically, I believe that if you’re an expert on something related to physical fitness, health, and vitality you better look and be the part because if you can’t do the work yourself how can you possibly teach others.  I suggest you dear reader incorporate this attitude when assessing the value of information of individuals professing to be experts on the net, or in your local community.  Basically the proof is in the pudding, but back to my story.

When I first say David walk up on stage I was blown away buy the incredible condition he was in.  Although he did not have the mass of a bodybuilder the condition and symmetry of his body was nothing short of stellar.  I estimated that he was well below 7 percent body fat yet his muscles were extremely pliable and relaxed until he flexed them.  Upon flexion his soft arm curled and twisted into a steel-like mass of muscle sinewy muscle fibers that both shocked and delighted even the most jaded bystander.

I highly recommend reading his book the Miracles of Rebounding as a source of finding the ins and outs of rebounding.  As I looked at all the manufactures I found that their existed I wide range of quality.  From cheap 50-dollar versions that were painful to jump on right down the Rolls Royce David Halls’ Cellerciser.

I jumped on them and all and I can say that David’s was by far the most comfortable and versatile.  I prefer his tri-fold unit that has wheels you can wheel it anywhere you wish to go and travel with the Cellerciser.  Perfect for getaways without sacrificing quality or space.

So then it was off to see how it affected me and I can honestly say I was pleasantly surprised.   David recommended several sessions a day of only a few minutes in length.  I followed that advice for a few days and found a new level of tone and leanness in just a week’s bouncing.
