Dear David,

My Cellerciser is the best.  To think you can do this from the comfort of your home and not even need special clothes! What could be better, great in all kinds of weather.

My husband has to use it first thing in the morning for joint pain and it does wonders as he is 75.

I have lost over 20 lbs. and that is very hard for me to do.  My clothes are all to big and I feel great.

The big bonus is you.  As you have helped me so much with my back.  You remember I had 2 slipped disks and it had been 10 years. I was still having problems often, even if I moved wrong or lifted and soon after doing what you told me on the Cellerciser I have no pain and no problem.  Before about once a month I would be payed up with my back.

I could go on and on like, it’s fun, safe, easy, good for you and Works!

Dear Dave,

I’ve just purchased your Cellerciser as I learned atoubt it from another site which is now my ultimate source for the food products I’ve always been looking for. For the first time here’s something I can do for 10-15 minutes when I get up at 4:30 am getting ready to go to the job. And I look forward to it. And, then when I get home and change into something comfortable, time for session #2. On days off, I’ll add a few more 10 minute sessions.

I’m 58, pass for 48, took all the vital measurements and won’t do a check on measurements for 30 days, keep a log, etc.

Having been a runner and various “relationships” with gyms and equipment at home, the Lack of Mental Obstacles and the Lack of Distractions (headphone music, etc) that is involved w/ Cellercising is Important and vastly under-rated. Two points - you know you’re working the core foundation of your body (cells) and you’re not experiencing any time-segments of pain —>So, you’re not experiencing any time-segments of pain —> So, you're not looking for “Distractions” during the process of “Exercising” —> as a “pleasant distraction.”

To me, it’s important to experience all the nuances while I’m Cellercising and this “Exercise” will be very beneficial to integrating the Seven Tibetas and my ancient Chinese Exercises and also assisting in my work in segueing from the Beta state towards the Theta state (Cycles of Brain Waves/second) I’m probably getting into the deep end of the pool so I’ll stop here.

To me, now I see all those exercises that work on muscle groups (It’s all symbolism) whereas Exercising the Cells- that’s “Substance”.

Down the road I envision myself as going out and demonstrating the Cellerciser and showing people my driver’s license will be and integral part of “Show and Tell”

I never have seen my testimony on your testimony pages, so I guess it hasn't been updated lately? You asked me about putting it on your site a month or two ago. Anyway, I never would've thought just bouncing would give me muscle strength, but the proof is in the pudding, so to speak... Just less than three months ago, I could only do 2 (from the knee) pushups without collapsing. Now, just from using my Cellerciser at least 10-20 min./day, for the last two months, I did 40 (from the knee) pushups last night before giving out Quite an improvement, I'd say I haven't had the nerve to try full body pushups yet, but will try soon. I'm sure I won't be able to do nearly as much as the front the-knee pushups, but, still going from 2 to 40 in less than three months is a major improvement! I always try to do that quad exercise on the Cellerciser (where you quickly go from one leg to the other, with knees bent) and I can definitely see some quad definition at this time also!

Previously, I had trouble sticking with exercise for years as I thought I "had" to work out for 45 min- an hour each time, and that always seemed a hard goal to reach. But, knowing that I oniy need to do 10 min/day makes it so much more doable. No matter how tired I am at the end of the day, I can always manage to do 10 min. of bounding and oftentimes do 15-20 min. just because it feels so good and I don’t want to quit!

Hi David,

Thank you for writing me back. I must have had a short stint of insanity when I returned to the old, boot-camp form of exercise. I belong to this web based radiant recovery community which is based on Dr, Kathleen Des Maison's work with sugar sensitivity and most of them do weight training at a gym and also some form of cardio. I have shared on many occasions how much I love doing my Cellercising.

When I was going to Positive Changes in SLC, I was not really losing weight no matter what I tried. Diane Bradshaw finally sat me down and told me there is no psychological reason she could find why I could not lose the weight and the reason must be biochemical. So, this led me to the biochemical healing process I am now involved in. It took me about one year to let my biochemical processes heal before my body would start to release the weight. About five months ago I started to notice that my clothes were getting looser. I have lost about 35 pounds in this time. My main form of exercise has been to Cellercise for 30 minutes five to six times per week. Plus, I walk a lot. When I decided to try what the other people in the radiant recovery community are doing (the weights and cardio) I noticed that my steady weight loss had stopped and also I was not feeling as good as I have been.

When I decided to stop doing this and return to my Cellercising I immediately felt better, slept better and did not feel fatigued from the workout, i weighed this morning and had lost three pounds. I had also noticed that my appetite had increased when I did the other form of exercise and now it is back to normal.

I was so happy to turn my music on and get on my Cellerciser. It felt like coming home. I will try your recommendation about altering the angle of my body. 1 had added the spurts of intensity you had suggested and I think this is what made the difference for me to finally start to lose the extra body fat. I have a long ways to go but feel great right now. Progress not perfection is my motto.

Dear Dave,

One of my psychology clients, who knew that I was into holistic health from previous academic study and personal interest, lent me her 10 DVDs on I think it was called the Longevity Tour of just a few years ago. The content on the DVDs is magnificent! You were my star of the presenters. I have been interested in trampolines to jump for joyous health, but never went further than a passive interest. So after seeing you with your Cellerciser, I explored more. Both my client and I tried to buy one directly from you, but the communications were faulty. So I eagerly sought out suppliers here in Australia and bought the half-fold with balance bar from a Western Australia supplier. I've now read all the material provided (pretty much every single word, not skipping parts) and highlighted certain areas. I am now less than one week into my "jumping for joy" Dave Hall Cellerciser and very much the "joy" is there.

As a holistic psychologist -meaning counseling and training others in mind, body, soul and spirituality, I am beginning to inform some of my clients of your product. I have a consulting office in downtown Melbourne and well as in my suburban home in Blackbum. The Cellerciser is in my living room/waiting room area -thus in full view of my clients. One client, who had a work accident and has been on crutches for months, bounced on it while waiting for me to finish with the client previous to her. She held the balance bar and made the gentle bounce without lifting her feet off the mat. She knew about trampolines because the school (for 'special' children) she worked in had one for the children.

Okay, I'm starting to ramble - so will cut to the chase. I am enthusiastic about your Cellerciser and am interested in finding out about your "business opportunities" you mention in your Dave Hall's CENTER FOR CELLULAR HEALTH magazine (Catalog #203). I also want to mention that the 10 DVDs mentioned above about Longevity didn't seem to me to include spirituality ( especially from a holistic (religious, non-religious, philosophical) psychological view as part of Longevity. Transpersonal psychology and spirituality are becoming more valued here in Australia and elsewhere and it would be nice to see this included in similar Longevity programs.

All in all, I will let you know of my health improvements. I actually have great health with hardly ever even getting a cold. It will be nice to lose about five or up to ten pounds. But the greatest thing I am looking forward to is the increased physical fitness produced by the ease of Cellercising in my living room. Thus marketing to those people who are time-poor and want and need to be physically fit (and who doesn't both want and need to????) and especially those who want to look the picture of holistic health in their public presentations seems a good thing ...

Hello, David

I am so enjoying my unit — even though I've only been using it for a week, 1 look forward to bouncing every day. I feel like Tigger! (Seriously!) And though it's hard to keep myself from jumping around enthusiastically, I'm working up very slowly, as recommended. I'm keeping it in my office, and after every few hours of sitting, 1 do a few minutes of health bouncing. It's wonderful. And I can already feel my body starting to respond. I think I've finally found the exercise that I can stay committed to, because ifs so much FUN!

I remember that prior to my childhood back injury I had been completely in love with my pogo stick. I could pogo stick all the way to school, and all the way home again. Isn't it true that if we remember to return to what we always loved as children, we reconnect to our joy? I can’t *wait* to see what I look like a few months hence.

My compliments to you on everything about this - the quality with which it is made, how attractive and convenient it is, the integrity with which you present the benefits, how quickly I received the unit, how kind and sincere Jerry was on the phone, I can go on and on. Thank you.

I have a question for you. I am working with my father, an MD, to create an international integrated-approach center for the treatment of cancer and chronic disease (not to mention anti-aging, wellness and longevity!). We're presently researching locations, and it looks like we'll launch the project either in the Caribbean or Central /America. I am wondering if you do volume discounts for centers such as ours, and what your referral program entails. (My sense is that this would be an ideal exercise for cancer patients, that the lymphatic benefits alone could do wonders for their healing.)

Dear Dave,

I've been using the Cellerciser since April, sometimes just several times a week, sometimes more. I love it! Nothing else gives me the low-impact, weight bearing workout I get from this rebounder. I've had difficulty with my knees and ankles, and have been wearing orthotics to support my arches. It only took a few weeks of gentle bouncing (while holding my arches up) to strengthen my feet, and I was amazed to find myself standing barefoot with my arches off the floor. Nothing else has helped, much less in that short of a time. Even though I don't do many of the vigorous activities on the rebounder, I feel more toned overall, especially in my calves, arms, and abdominal muscles.

Dave, it's so fun! You were right about how easy and fun it is. There's something about the bouncing, the vertical movement, the simultaneous toning and relaxation involved. Stress from my day melts, I feel happy, my circulation is improved, and my body feels cleaned out.

Before I bought the Cellerciser, I'd notice myself pondering what it would be like to experience greater or lesser forces of gravity. It was a subtle thing, at the back of my mind, and seemed to be there at random, or perhaps if I was in an elevator. I think intuitively my body knew what it needed to heal. I’m so grateful to have been guided to the Cellerciser, and very much appreciate all that you've done to create this opportunity for so many people. I especially appreciate your level of integrity in design and research, and the help you offered me in setting up a program. Bless you!

I have used Dave Hall's Cellerciser for nearly 7 years now; it has been a life-saver for me...especially when I tore my Achilles tendon and was in a walking cast I bounced for 30 minutes a day on my back because I was unable to walk and stayed fit and in shape during my 2-month recovery period. It's portable and easy to take outside, but it's the best indoor exercise on rainy or snowy days— when you can't be outside and don't want to go to the gym. Not only is it fun, but I have reduced my weight, maintained lean body mass and built sleek, beautiful, defined arm muscles on it by using only light weights 3 times a week. Everyone asks me if I life weights and when I tell them my secret, they can't believe that I don't spend hours in the gym! Many of my friends are getting them because of how I look.

The most incredible thing about the cellerciser is that I know that it is helping my body in many other ways because of the gravity force that is exercising every cell in my body. I feel great using it and after I'm done; I will use one for the rest of my life!

Hi!, my name is Marilyn. I am a mother and grandmother (59 yrs), who has a very busy schedule; and, so as a result, found it increasingly difficult to get to the gym even 3 or 4 days a week. Besides that, I was becoming more ware that my gym workouts (even when consists) were not very effective. I have always been very careful with my diet, but still I was only maintaining and not losing any weight. Through surfing the internet, I am so grateful for finding the cellerciser. it absolutely does everything it is advertised to do. It is a solid, sturdy piece of equipment that takes up such little space. I look forward eery day to my 15 min workout. Sine it arrived april 2009 tip now Jul 10, 2009, - I have averaged using it 6 days a week. The results have been amazing to me. - I am thinner and firmer all over (legs/arms/stomach/back) My clothes are looser - and even my posture has improved. I am so happy and I know now it is only a matter of time before I reach my goal of size 6. I will still drop the tape in the mail so you can see the problem. At this point I am really excited about the Cellerciser. It's so easy and it's fun. Reminds me of when I use to jump on the bed when I was a kid (but I don't get in trouble for Cellercising).

I am also wanting to show my mom who is 70 and has weak angles and is over weight and that combination doesn't work real well. I think she could do the Health Bounce with out a problem. I have two older brothers who are runners and I know this would be a great cool down for them and when they just don't have enough time to go running they could Cellerciser instead. Still hard to believe the 10 minutes a day has the kind of results in your tape. I wilt be in touch in a couple of months to let you know how things are going. GREAT PRODUCT!

Hello Dave...well I started rebounding a few months ago...did it for about 6 weeks. Was loving it!! I was using a Walmart special so I started searching for a better one. And in fact my knees were starting to hurt using the cheap one…after I read your site...! stopped using the cheap one and got me a Cellerciser...but I have a complaint. My problem is that when I am doing my daily,,, well thought out routine...I always want to do more!!! have to stop myself because I know from years of experience that any workout routine has to be eased into. But…I love this thing! I have already told a bunch of people why they should be doing this. After yesterdays workout it felt like I have done push ups...and I didn’t. Anyhow....! believe strongly in the benefits from this and I am always the guy that buys quality stuff. Hate stuff that Is made cheap on purpose.
