What is Cellulite?

It’s predicted that cellulite affects about 90% of women at some point in their lives, no matter their pant size. But women aren’t the only ones affected. While the number is significantly less, it’s estimated that approximately 10% of men also experience this cosmetic condition.

Cellulite—that ugly, cottage cheese-looking fat, usually found around your backside and thighs, that keeps most women from feeling comfortable wearing a swimsuit or shorts in the summer. Cellulite occurs as we lose circulation to those areas of the body.

While cellulite doesn’t cause any medical problems; it does cause an unsightly appearance that no one wants to see on themselves. And the causes of cellulite vary for each person having it, but the most common explanations are hormonal factors, genetics, wearing tight clothing that limits blood flow, eating a diet high in fat and carbs and certain lifestyle factors, like smoking and not regularly exercising.

How to Prevent Cellulite

So what can you do to reduce or prevent your cellulite? You need to stretch and strengthen the areas under your skin that have lost their elasticity or become weak and stimulate your lymphatic system. This is where Cellercise® rebounding comes in to save the day (and your backside).

Rebounding is an isometric exercise, an exercise that tones the body. As you exercise and jump on a mini trampoline, certain cells resist the g-force as the angle of your body changes, and your organs lift while the connective tissue gets stronger. This movement and resistance helps tone muscles, strengthen collagen and firm skin.

Jamba Run

Dave Hall, the inventor and creator of the Cellerciser®, developed a movement that has helped women reduce their cellulite in as little as two to three weeks. This movement is known as the Jamba Run.

The Jamba Run is intense movement, designed to generate heat and increase circulation. Rebounding is also a great way to wake up the systems in your body that are in charge of getting rid of waste.

User Trish said, “I love my Cellerciser®!!! I think I have had it almost 3 weeks and can already tell a difference in my cellulite and I am actually firming up for once in my life after working out so hard for over 20 years.”

When you effectively use a mini trampoline, you help your lymphatic system become more productive. Your lymphatic system is responsible for removing waste from your cells and getting it into your bloodstream so the rest of your organs can properly remove it. As you exercise on a mini trampoline, all your organs work as they should, so when they receive waste they can effectively eliminate it. This allows your body to break up and reduce or even remove cellulite.

Some Cellerciser® users have seen results in as little as a few weeks.

Another user sent us a review saying, “Finally, after 2 years of procrastinating, I bought a rebounder. (Cellerciser®) The results were FANTASTIC and immediately noticeable. In about two weeks all the cellulite on my legs were gone, in about two months my … face [was] wrinkle free. I achieved results from 10 minutes a day of rebounding that I did not achieve from being in the gym 2-3 hours a day.”

Imagine getting rid of cellulite with something as simple as bouncing on a trampoline for 10 minutes a day? Well you don’t have to imagine.

Give Cellercise® rebounding a try, and see what other amazing health benefits you can achieve.
